When the farmer returns home after cutting the paddy, he has a smile on his face. But this farmer has a dirty smile. He tried unsuccessfully to smile while posing for the picture.
The reason for the dirty smile is that even if the paddy gets home, the money for the expenses will not be raised, because of that, their joy is gone by thinking about the sorrow. The reason is that the cost of production does not rise. The government takes many steps to save the farmers. But even then the farmers do not benefit much.
