Opi Karim has acted in the screenplays of 'Vishak Prem' and 'Subala' based on the short stories of renowned fiction writer Manik Banerjee. The shooting of the film was completed in the middle of this year.
Directed by Kolkata's Indranil Roy, this joint production film is titled 'Debris of Desire'. After almost 15 years in November 2018, Opi Karim was caught by the cinema camera.
Opi Karim's character in this film is named Soma. The married girl is from Kolkata. Her family consists of her husband and only child. But the husband is unemployed. That is why Soma (Opi) works to teach the child in English medium. The shooting of the film has been completed in Kolkata and Dhaka. The technical part of this film is currently being worked on.
