This man named Khaled Mohsen Shaeri is suffering from obesity. Due to this, his weight increased at an abnormal rate for the last two years.
Early last year, Saudi King Abdullah ordered Riyadh's King Fahd Hospital authorities to take swift action to arrange for Shayari's treatment. But the hospital authorities expressed their inability and said, "We can't get Shayari out of her house!"
A unit of the Civil Defense planned to demolish a section of Shayari's house earlier this year and evict him. But it was not implemented. Because they did not have the necessary vehicle to take them out of the house to the hospital.
