Women are more vocal than men when it comes to grooming themselves, they pay special attention to their shoes and clothes. Shoes play a special role in presenting oneself in front of others with the right beauty. A true expression of your high taste is the display of your shoes. In de case we want our shoes to be quality and tasteful. Recently women wear shoes made of high heels. Its prevalence is not less in our Bangladesh. Women's beauty becomes graceful with high heels.

Recently many girls like to wear high heel shoes. But the use of these high heel shoes does not become comfortable in all cases. Excessive use of high-heeled shoes can easily lead to various health risks. Because when walking wearing high heel shoes, the physical balance of the wearer is not normal. Due to high heels, our body's spine does not maintain proper alignment, as a result of which we can face all the terrible physical complications. Wearing heels puts our entire body weight on our feet instead of our heels. Bearing the full weight of the body on the feet causes a lot of pain in our toes. High heels can cause many types of waist problems. High heels cause our body to lean forward more which causes a lot of pain in our knees and back.

As a result of high heels, among the complications of our body, tension in the leg veins, muscle or tendon stiffness, knee and waist pain, ankle pain, sprained feet, toe pain, calf muscle stiffness can also occur. We all have to maintain proper balance while walking in high heels otherwise various dangers may occur. Balanced movements can cause back and neck pain.

Many of us have foot pain due to high heels, so we should regularly soak our feet with warm turmeric water in the painful area. As a result, our feet will get rid of swelling. Also, we should easily massage the painful part of our feet with ice. Also we can strengthen our ankles and waist with some exercises. This will greatly reduce the complications caused by our high heels. In that case, we should sit on the bed and pull our feet towards ourselves with a towel or a towel and hold for 30 seconds. Doing this exercise 20 to 30 times regularly can have a good effect on our legs as well as our waist.

We should be careful not to wear high heeled shoes for long periods of time. To maintain our physical comfort we need to wear comfortable soft slipper shoes. If we have to wear heels for any reason then we should be careful not to move too much while wearing heels. It is best to ditch our high heels for extra movement without a festival or event.
