We have to take care so that the skin of our feet does not become dry, in which case we have to use moisturizer on the feet to prevent the skin from drying out. Using moisturizers on different parts of the feet does not make our feet dry, thereby reducing the risk of cracked feet. In applying moisturizer, we should soak our feet in lukewarm water and then clean them well and wipe them with a dry cloth. After that, moisturizer should be applied on the removed part. If we apply it regularly two to three times daily, our ankles will stop cracking. It is better to use moisturizer on hands and feet even after regular bathing. Petroleum jelly can be used as a moisturizer.
Many of us use glycerine as a moisturizer during winters. Using Glycerin increases the brightness of our skin and removes the roughness of the skin in winter. To clean our feet, we need to use a mild scrubber and aim to remove dead skin from our feet. Care should be taken when cleaning the feet with a scrubber so as not to rub too hard as this may cause bleeding at the wound site. Keratoderma problems can occur on our feet. It basically makes the skin of our feet fuller and plumper in this case the medicine should be taken as per the advice of the doctor. If our feet are bleeding or badly bruised, it is advisable to consult a doctor.
