However, there is evidence to the contrary. A 2015 study by Stanford University in California, USA found that the productivity of Chinese travel agency call center workers increased by 13 percent when they were allowed to work from home in a relaxed and comfortable environment.
According to Dave Taiyi, deputy director of Chinese co-working space and bakery Beeplus, which has 300 employees, working from home will be difficult to implement. The reason is that the way their company works is almost impossible to do at home. According to him, it will be almost difficult to connect customers and employees online like in the office.
Many companies say that working from home online can be a solution for some jobs. However, it cannot be said that such a plan will bring benefits for everyone.
