India and Bangladesh have also been affected by many. The number of infected people in India so far is 110. 2 people died. On the other hand, 14 people have been infected and one person has died in Bangladesh. Therefore, a case has been filed against Chinese President Xi Jinping and the country's ambassador Sun Bei Dong in the Muzaffarpur court of India due to the spread of Corona.
The case was filed by a person named Sudhir Ojha. The next hearing of the case will be held next month i.e. April 11. The court accepted the case and fixed the date for further hearing.
According to a report by NDTV, the complainant mentioned in his petition that the people of the world are actually being scared by creating the corona virus and spreading panic all over the world. The world has been thrown into panic. A complaint has been filed under IPC Sections 269, 270, 109, 120B of the country.
Complainant Sudhir Ojha said that the virus was created and spread by China through a deliberate conspiracy. They have done this to create panic in the whole world. That is why the case was filed in Muzaffarpur court. The court also accepted the case and said that the next date of hearing is 11 April 2020.
