According to an NDTV news, Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yasin announced going into quarantine for two weeks after the meeting of the National Finance Council through a video conference in Perdana Putra on Friday.
He said that an official who attended the cabinet meeting in Putrajaya on Tuesday tested positive for Covid-19. Because of that, there is a risk of getting infected naturally. That is why he is voluntarily going into home quarantine for the next two weeks from Friday night.
Also, Prime Minister Muhyuddin Yasin ordered those who participated in the meeting to undergo corona test and go to home quarantine for 14 days.
