In a press conference on Tuesday, Hernandez announced that he and his wife were infected with the corona virus. He said, 'At the end of the week I feel a little sick. Today the test showed that I am infected with Covid-19.'
The 51-year-old President Hernandez said that even if he is infected with Corona, the symptoms are very minor. But his wife has no symptoms.
President Hernandez said he will conduct official work online from his residence while undergoing treatment.
Hernandez took various plans from the front to prevent the spread of the corona virus in Honduras in mid-March.

According to the information of the Ministry of Health of Honduras, the number of people affected by the corona virus in the country has not yet exceeded 10 thousand. The death toll is only 330.
