Tapas-Munni of Song Bengal is infected with Corona

The Dhaka Times Desk Musician and managing director of Ganbangla TV Kaushik Hossain Tapas has been infected with deadly corona virus. Also his wife Farzana Munni is also infected with this virus.

Singer, music director Kaushik Hossain has himself confirmed the news that Tapas' wife is infected with Corona. With this, on Tuesday night, Tapas sent an emotional status on social media and asked everyone for prayers for recovery.

Tapas writes that we both got positive results! The positive that has made us face a new darkness.

He also writes that we believe that God is very kind. His plan is the best plan. He will save us. Both of us are mentally healthy and stay at home. I am following the doctor's advice.

Kaushik Hossain Tapas won the National Film Award as the best music composer for the movie 'Purnadirghya Prem Kahini' released in 2013. Tapas is working as the managing director of the musical channel Gunbangla TV. His wife Farzana Munni is the chairman of the channel.

Tapas-Munni couple has been associated with various activities to prevent this disaster from the beginning of the outbreak of corona virus in the country. For that purpose, they donated 50 lakh taka on behalf of Ganbangla to the Prime Minister's relief fund.
