This three-domed mosque, one of the oldest structures of the Mughal period, is located in Ferozepur, Shahbazpur Union, Shibganj Upazila, Chapainawabganj District.
This mosque was built by Sultan Shah Shuja of Bengal for the purpose of Shah Syed Niamatullah, a famous preacher of Islam in the Middle Ages. This historical archaeological structure listed by the Directorate of Archeology of Bangladesh is well known as Shah Niamat Ullah Mosque.
The rectangular three-domed mosque also has a large mosque, 3 arches and 3 front entrances. The door between the 3 entrances is relatively large. Near the mosque is Shah Niamat Ullah's tomb and a two-storied Mughal-era building built by Sultan Shah Shuja. 116 feet long and 38 feet wide Sultan Shah Suja building is known as "Tahakhana". The three-domed mosque, palace and tomb of Shah Niamat Ullah are also included in the Takhana complex. Sultan Shah Shuja built this building to facilitate the winter residence of his Morshed Hazrat Shah Niamat Ullah.
