The Dhaka Times Desk Sudhir Mishra has directed the drama 'Serious Man', highlighting the issue of forcing parents' wishes on children as a story.
The movie starring Nawazuddin Siddiqui was released on streaming platform Netflix last Friday. From the beginning to the end of Serious Man, Nawaz is everything. He played the role of a father who came from a lower caste. Keeping aside all the controversies of personal life, this Bollywood star poured himself into acting.
The movie is based on the novel by Indian writer and journalist Manu Joseph. Child artist Akshnath Das, Indira Tiwari as Nawaz's wife, Shweta Basu Prasad to South star Nasser are all Nawaz's supporting actors in the film.
