The Dhaka Times Desk Much is heard about the disembodied soul. Someone speaks for someone. Again someone says there is no such thing as a disembodied soul. So what do disembodied souls roam the earth?
Instead of arguing whether there is a soul or an unsatisfied soul, let's find out about some 'true' phenomena of miracles in the mundane world.
When Charles Dickens spoke to the grave!
Charles Dickens was 58 years old when he died. Before he died, he began writing a mystery novel called The Mystery of Edwin Drood, which remained unfinished for a time. After his death, many people including his 5 sons tried to finish the novel, but failed. In 1873, the most gruesome version of this novel was published. A writer named Thomas James claimed that the spirit of Charles Dickens himself rose from the grave to occupy his body and finish this novel!
As evidence of this, James also showed the manuscript of the story written by his own hand. The handwriting there was nothing like the handwriting of James or Dickens. As soon as the book was published, the response in the United States fell. Although many called James a fraud, many famous authors such as Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, author of the Sherlock Holmes series, also supported James. Very strangely James was not able to write any more books after this book!
The ghost is caged!
If you go to the old Mount Giant Cemetery in Catawissa, Pennsylvania, USA, you will see a strange scene. A pair of graves are surrounded by fortified cages. The two graves were of two women who died in 1852. There was also the grave of a third woman, Rebecca Clayton. Rebecca's grave fell beyond repair and was removed in 1930.
All three women were close relatives, and all three died shortly after their marriage. Do you know why their graves were caged? Many say that the juicy ones died of cholera. They were buried separately because the water-borne disease spread quickly. But in that case, why should the cage be given, burial was not enough? The alternative is that these three women were vampires, who rose from the grave at night and drank the blood of living people!
Spirit of the departed soul of the Prime Minister of Japan!
Many strange incidents are heard about the White House, the building of US presidents. But Japan's prime minister's building 'Kotei' is probably incorporeal spirit or buzzing! This building was constructed in 1929. Since then, Japanese prime ministers and first ladies who have lived here have reported unusual occurrences in the house. Current Prime Minister Shinzo Abe also objected to living in this house. Although he said, he does not need such a big house. However, according to Japan's influential newspaper 'Ashahi Shimbun', Shinzo was telling another person that Kotei was haunted, so he did not want to live there. The long history of this house is bloody.
It was about May 15, 1932. On that day, then Prime Minister Inukai Toyoshi was assassinated by naval officers. Four years after this incident, 280 army officers broke the gate of this building and entered inside. Four policemen were also killed in the fierce firing. An unfortunate lookalike killed the new Prime Minister Keisuki Okada's half-brother, but Okada escaped. Even after all these years, the battered walls of this building continue to bear the testimony of that horrific incident. Former Japanese Prime Minister Yoshiro Mori has claimed that ghostly soldiers can still be seen in the building.
