The wife even said that if she had known this before the marriage, she would not have married. A complaint has been filed against the husband under section 406 for breach of trust and section 500 for defamation of the Indian Penal Code. Meanwhile, the husband applied to the court for anticipatory bail. But the police asked him to surrender.
