The Dhaka Times Desk Facebook plans to bring Messenger and Instagram Messages into a new app for small businesses to manage their Pages.
Recently, the company's COO Shirley Sandberg gave this information in a blog post. With this app called Facebook Business Suite, small businesses can also get customer messages, alerts and notifications at the same place. The concerned authority even plans to add WhatsApp to it in the future. It is also reported that small business posts can be given simultaneously on Facebook and Instagram with the app.
In this regard, the Verge said, this tool is currently made for small businesses, but in the future, Facebook authorities plan to open it up for use by large businesses as well.
