The Dhaka Times Desk Huawei Smart Photovoltaic (PV) solution installed in country's largest solar power plant in Mymensingh. Through this, this solar power plant has recently been connected to the national grid.
This solar power plant with 73 MW PV capacity will also play a special role in achieving the government's goal of producing 10 percent of the country's total electricity using renewable energy by 2021.
It is known that photovoltaic system, PV system or solar energy system is a power system that works to supply usable solar power. Consisting of solar panels, solar inverters, mountings, cabling and other electrical components, this photovoltaic system ensures a working system by keeping everything in harmony.
Bangladesh has more than 2500 hours of sunshine every year, a country with a humid and warm climate in South Asia. Keeping this in mind, the Huawei SUN2000-185KTL Smart PV String Inverter with IP66 high level protection and anti-PID technology is used in this project at its highest capacity. This project is located on the banks of the Brahmaputra River at Gouripur in Mymensingh. Through 173K solar panels and 332 inverters, this project will make a special contribution to the national grid.
