The Dhaka Times Desk HSC and equivalent exam results 2013 have been published. The average pass rate is 74.30 percent. 58 thousand 197 got GPA 5.
This morning, Education Minister Nurul Islam Nahid along with the education board chairmen handed over the copy of HSC exam results of 8 education boards of the country and the results of HSC examination held under Madrasa Board Alim and Technical Education Board to Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.
The Education Minister will hold a press conference at the secretariat at 1 pm to highlight various aspects of the HSC results.
Students will get this result through their respective educational institutions, respective websites and teletalk mobile like other times.
HSC exam started on April 1 this year. But due to the strike, the examination could not be completed on time, but as per the rules of the education board, the result was published within 60 days. The average pass rate of education boards across the country in this year's examination is 74.30 percent. A total of 7 lakh 44 thousand 891 candidates have passed. 58 thousand 197 got GPA 5.

It should be noted that students of 7,803 institutions gave the exam in 2,288 centers this year. 247 educational institutions and 92 examination centers have increased compared to last time. 165 students participated in the examination at five centers outside the country. The theory test was scheduled to be held from April 1 to May 28 and practical from June 1 to June 14, but due to the overall situation in the country, it got disrupted.
