For example, heart rate may increase, appetite may decrease, restless legs may occur, dehydration may occur, problems such as sleep deprivation or insomnia may occur, mood may become irritable, bone weakening and severe fatigue may also occur.

Although in many cases, excessive exercise can lead to increased appetite and overeating, sometimes hormonal imbalances can also occur. So exercise only after understanding. Because remember one thing, and that is that everything in excess is bad.
