The Dhaka Times Desk Strict lockdown across the country will start from next Monday (June 28) until further notice to prevent the spread of Corona virus.
It is forbidden to go out of the house during this time. But you can go out in case of emergency. Ambulances, fire services and the media will be exempt from this ban. All types of vehicles except emergency cargo vehicles will be completely stopped. Ambulances and vehicles used for medical purposes will be exempt from this restriction.
It has been informed that tomorrow (Saturday) more detailed order in this regard will be issued from the Cabinet Department through notification.
Note that the corona virus is going to become an epidemic in the country. After the Indian variant delta virus spread across the border, it is now heading towards the capital Dhaka. Due to which, last week, a lockdown was imposed in the districts around the capital Dhaka. Still the epidemic cannot be prevented. Today (Friday) 108 people have died across the country. The victim stands around 22. In such a situation there is no alternative to strict lockdown.
Things to do to prevent Corona virus

# Follow the rules and use mask when going out for emergency.

# wash clothes after coming home from outside. Or hang it without shaking for at least four hours.
# Wash hands thoroughly (for at least 20 seconds) with soap or liquid before coming outside.

# Wear PPE made of cloth or clean as described.
# Use a head cap that completely covers the hair.
# Those who have sneeze cough should follow all the rules promulgated by the government. Also, wash hands as directed before and after handling food items, keys, switches, mice, remote controls, mobiles, watches, computer desks, TVs, etc. and after using the bathroom. Those who have dry hands use Moisture after washing their hands. Soap or hand liquid can be used. Why can this virus remain in the crackle (cracked part) of dry hands? Avoid using highly alkaline soaps or detergents.
