The Dhaka Times Desk We know very well how powerful a member of parliament is. But this is not the case in any other country. Evidence of which was found. Tanzania's female MP was kicked out of parliament for wearing tight jeans!
An unprecedented incident happened in the National Parliament of Tanzania. A female MP named Condester Sichwal was not exempted from being a member of parliament in the African country of Tanzania for the crime of wearing tight jeans pants.
According to the news published in the media, Speaker Job Dugai kicked the woman MP out of the Parliament session for wearing tight jeans. It is learned that the speaker told the woman MP, 'Go out, dress well and join us again'.
After this incident, Dugai told a male member of parliament, 'Some of our sisters come in strange clothes. What do they really mean to society?' The speaker of Tanzania became active against these bad cultures.
Referring to the parliamentary rules regarding the prohibition of wearing tight jeans by women parliamentarians, another member of parliament Hussain Omar said that the parliament is a reflection of the society. Indecency of any kind is never tolerated here.
