According to Asian News International (ANI), a young Indian has memorized the national anthems of 91 countries. The young man named Amit Mul lives in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.
This young man told the Indian news agency ANI that he can hum the national anthems of 91 countries including the United Kingdom, Afghanistan, and Pakistan. The news also said that the 18-year-old is currently learning classical music. Believing in the Sanskrit proverb 'Vasudhaviya Kutumbakam' i.e. 'The whole world is one family', he basically memorized the national anthems of so many countries including India.
The India Book of Records also awarded him last March for being able to memorize the national anthems of 69 countries including Qatar, Syria, Thailand, Yemen and New Zealand. He later memorized the national anthems of 22 other countries.
Amit Mul said in this regard, My family members practice classical music. My mother, grandparents and uncle are all professional classical artists. Currently, he is learning Carnatic Ukhanga Sangeet (the earliest form of Indian classical music), saying that out of curiosity, I started memorizing the national anthems of different countries. This is how I started memorizing national anthems of different countries. Amit Mul also expects to receive various awards for this.
