Schools and colleges have been closed for a long year and a half. Students are living under house arrest. Little has been studied online. Moreover, in the case of rural students, the matter of studying online was also very complicated. That's why the news of school opening shows enthusiasm among students. They will go back to the classroom, study, meet their classmates - there are many expectations in the minds of students. And so they are very excited about the news of school opening.
Corona has completely changed our life. Staying indoors, wearing a mask when going out is a routine life called. Corona has also affected the students widely. Schools, colleges and universities have been closed since March last year.
Since the corona situation started to decrease a little, the demand to open schools and colleges started to rise. The government has also taken this matter into consideration and announced the opening of schools and colleges. First, SSC students of fifth and 2021 and 2022 and HSC students will have classes every day. The rest can attend classes only one day a week. However, if the corona situation remains normal or decreases further, then this routine will change - the government has announced this.
Students are returning to free life again
Students have suffered the most in Corona. They were living a completely confined life sitting inside the house. In such a situation, the news of the opening of the school seems to have returned to them. They can go back to class. Can meet with classmates. All in all, a lot of interest is being observed among them. Therefore, they have started various activities including cleaning books and notebooks and washing school dresses in front of September 12. They are preparing to go to school before the time comes.
On the other hand, the school-college authorities have also started cleaning the school-college classrooms. The work of cleaning the school-college grounds, including the cleaning of the classrooms, is going on in full swing. On the other hand, health has returned to private schools. Kindergartens in particular will now be crowded again. Many kindergartens in the country have been closed due to being closed for about one and a half years. Those who don't have their own building have been paying rent month after month and finally closed the educational institution. The number of such schools in the country, especially in cities including the capital Dhaka, is not less. But still those who survive are trying to stand up.
But the last thing is that even if schools and colleges open, it is the responsibility of the parents to give strict advice to their children to follow the hygiene rules. So that even if the school is opened, no situation arises in which the educational institution has to be closed again. Parents have a responsibility to educate their children just as schools do. So that they don't go to school and walk around like before. They should follow the health rules and study in school. But the situation will be understood after a few classes. We all hope that the situation should be favorable to our students.
