The Dhaka Times Desk The Saudi Arabian government has issued new guidelines for expatriates. According to the new guidelines, from now on only those who have received the full dose of Corona vaccine will be able to enter any public or private institution.
On the other hand, people who have received one dose of vaccination or who have been cleared of corona but have not been vaccinated can never enter these institutions.
Yesterday (Saturday), the country's Ministry of Home Affairs announced in a notification that this new rule will be effective from 6 am on October 10.
According to a notification from the Saudi government, people who have received a single dose of corona vaccine, unvaccinated people will not be able to enter any institution in Saudi. These include all types of financial, business, cultural, entertainment and sports institutions. Apart from this, the mentioned persons will not be able to board the plane, travel in public transport and participate in cultural, recreational, social and educational events.
Saudi authorities are sending many expatriates back from the airport because they are not informed about this new directive. Recently, the Civil Aviation Authority of the country has changed the quarantine policy. It states that those who have received one dose of vaccine are required to stay in institutional quarantine for 5 days at their own expense.
However, there is no clear statement about people taking one dose in Saudi after taking another dose from their own country in this new guidance. That's why expats who get a single dose of vaccination are going to be in trouble. It doesn't seem to be getting resolved anytime soon.
Things to do to prevent Corona virus

# Those who have sneeze cough should follow all the rules promulgated by the government. Also, wash hands as directed before and after handling food items, keys, switches, mice, remote controls, mobiles, watches, computer desks, TVs, etc. and after using the bathroom. Those who have dry hands use Moisture after washing their hands. Soap or hand liquid can be used. Why can this virus remain in the crackle (cracked part) of dry hands? Avoid using highly alkaline soaps or detergents.
