An advertisement published by TH Clements & Son Ltd., Lincolnshire, UK, states that a worker will earn £240 for 8 hours a day or £1,200 for 40 working hours a week. In this way, a worker will get 62 thousand 400 pounds as salary in the whole year. In terms of employment, it is basically manual labor work and it has to be done by the worker throughout the year.
Two advertisements were published online for this job. An advertisement states that the company is looking for field operators to pick cabbage. This job is piecework i.e. you also get paid according to the number of cabbages and broccoli that are broken. This job has the potential to earn at least £30 per hour. This work will continue throughout the year.
