The Dhaka Times Desk The court granted permanent bail to actress Parimony in a case filed under the Narcotics Control Act. Today (October 10) Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Satyabrata Sikder's court has given this bail order.
Parimani's lawyer Nilanjana Rifat Souravi confirmed this information to the media. He said, we heard the permanent petition for bail. The state opposed. After hearing both sides, the judge granted the bail.
Today (Sunday) was fixed as the day of hearing after the charge sheet was prepared. The charge sheet issued by the CID against three people including Parimoney has been presented in the court. The court accepted this charge sheet. Also, the court ordered the transfer of the case to the Metropolitan Sessions Judge's Court for further trial.
At 1:38 PM, Parimoni appeared in the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate's Court of Dhaka. Then Metropolitan Magistrate of Dhaka also appeared in the court of Satyabrata Sikder.
