People who do not sleep well at night due to pressure of work or those who do not get the opportunity to sleep due to lack of room or those who spend the whole night awake, who do not get sleep even after a hundred attempts - this popular bus service company of the country has launched the system of 'sleeping bus' for these unfortunate people of Hong Kong.

This special bus has already started passenger service. The company received a huge response on the first day. The duration of this novel bus journey, the first in the history of Hong Kong, is 5 hours. This sleepy bus will take passengers around North Lantau Island along the Tuen Mun highway in Hong Kong for 5 hours in an area of 76 kilometers!

During the journey passengers can indulge in deep sleep in the bus. The authorities have created a sleeping environment in the entire bus to take the passengers to the land of sleep.

Not only that, the passengers can eat their fill from a local restaurant before starting the journey on this bus. A double decker bus has two types of cabins on the upper floor. One is the soundproof 'Zero Decibel Sleeping Cabin'. The other is 'VIP Panorama Cabin'. Talking in the cabins on the upper floor is prohibited.

However, whispering is allowed in the 'phototaking cabin' downstairs. Authorities will also distribute earplugs and sleeping masks to cover the eyes of the passengers to create a sleeping environment. The demand for the bus was palpable on the first day itself. All tickets scheduled for the first day were sold out, the authorities said.

Kenneth Kong, Ulu's business development manager, said, 'I saw a friend of mine post on social media that he was feeling very ill because of the pressure of work and not sleeping well at night. He said that he fell asleep after getting on the bus. That's when we think about this kind of service.'

He also said that the ticket price per person for this bus trip is from 13 dollars (one thousand 100 taka) to 51 US dollars (4 thousand 300 taka) considering the ground floor-double floor. The 45-passenger bus will also be provided with a goodybag, containing eyemasks and earplugs, for a good night's sleep. The bus also has good facilities for stopping at designated places for sunbathing or nature activities.
