Basically, this company has announced to add a new feature called undo button for status updates. Photos posted on WhatsApp Stories are automatically deleted within 24 hours, just like Instagram.
There is also no option to delete something if accidentally shared in a WhatsApp story. However, with the help of the undo button, it can be removed immediately and there will be an opportunity to update an unintentional story if desired. This new feature was added in Android Beta version 2.21.22.6. Apart from this, this feature is also available in WhatsApp beta Android version 2.21.22.5. WhatsApp users are said to be getting the benefit of this feature very soon.
