The Dhaka Times Desk This time, a modern technology drone appeared in a new identity by playing a 'partial' role in saving the life of an old man with heart disease!
According to media reports, a 71-year-old man suffered a heart attack while cleaning the snow pile in front of the house in Sweden last December. A drone flies the 'defibrillator' for him. The 'defibrillator' was the immediate need of the doctor present at the scene to save the old man's life.
If the heart stops functioning, the patient needs medical attention within 10 minutes, otherwise there is a risk of death. The defibrillator was flown to the elderly man in Sweden by emergency healthcare provider Everdrone using a civilian drone.
The media told the BBC on condition of anonymity that this is an excellent service! Soon the drone arrived.
According to Everdrone, a drone manufacturer, it will measure a patient's heart rate before an ambulance arrives and take immediate action.
They also said that an automated external defibrillator (AED) or heart rate measurement can be sent within 3 minutes of an alarm.
Quoting the patient, the BBC also reported that the incident took place in early December. But he can't remember that now. While clearing the snow, he suddenly had a heart attack and saw darkness around him. Later he heard from his wife, how lucky he is!
A doctor named Mustafa Ali told the BBC that he had encountered such an incident. He was on his way to a local hospital that day by car. Suddenly, through the car window, he saw a man lying on the road. He went ahead to help her.
Dr. Mustafa said the man had no pulse. So I was doing CPR. I asked another person to call 112 (Sweden's emergency service number). A few minutes later I see a drone with a defibrillator overhead.
Mats Salström, chief executive of Evergreen Drone, believes that this technology will serve as an important partner in the collective effort to save patient lives.
Karolinska researchers in the country also found that in a 4-month study, the drone was able to provide effective services to all but one of 12 cardiac patients.

Those who have dry hands use Moisture after washing their hands. Soap or hand liquid can be used. Why can this virus remain in the crackle (cracked part) of dry hands? Avoid using highly alkaline soaps or detergents.
