The 'Banff Mountain Film Festival' is being held in Dhaka

The Dhaka Times Desk The short film festival 'Banff Mountain Film Festival' is going to sit in Dhaka with the world famous film about mountaineering.

Organized by the Canada-based organization Banff Center, the festival will be inaugurated on May 27 at 4:30 pm at the Biswa Sahitya Kendra at Banglamotors in the capital.

A total of 11 films from different countries of the world will be screened in this festival on adventure including mountaineering, cycling, rock climbing and skiing till 8 pm. Canada's High Commissioner in Dhaka Lily Nicholls will attend the event.

The voluntary organization Keokradong Bangladesh is responsible for organizing this festival in Bangladesh. Like every year, this volunteer organization is performing the overall responsibility of organizing this festival in Bangladesh.

A total of 11 films will be screened, including 'Precious Leader Woman' by Banff Film Award-winning director Casey de Colling, 'Inside a Whole New Ski Experience' by directors Stefan Prior and Andreas Gumpenberg, 'Reel Rock 15: Action Direct' by director Zachary Barr, Josh Lowell. at the event
