Basically Facebook has a platform called Workplace for internal communication of employees. Facebook banned the use of the word 'abortion' or 'miscarriage' on this platform.
Facebook says using the word abortion in the workplace 'increases the risk'.
According to a report by The Verge, Meta told employees that the words abortion and abortion cannot be used in the workplace. Facebook employees cannot even make any opinion or debate about this in the workplace.
Meanwhile, Mater's vice president of human resources, Janelli Gale, told employees that ATE is the most divisive topic. No one will discuss this word.
