The Dhaka Times Desk Winners of ICT-based competition Ruet CSE Fest 2022 have been announced.

The names of the winners were announced at an award ceremony organized at Ruet Campus in the presence of eminent academicians from various universities.
Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Ruet attended the event as the chief guest. Md. Rafiqul Islam Sheikh and chaired by the head of the CSE department of Ruet Dr. Md. Al Mamun. Professor of CSE Department of Ruet was present as a special guest in the event. Md. Shahid Uz Zaman, Professor Dr. Bashir Ahmed and Shahriar Manzoor, Associate Professor of Southeast University. Ruet CSE Fest, the country's biggest tech carnival for students interested in technology and related fields, started on April 16. More than two thousand students registered to participate in this carnival. From these, the judges selected more than seven hundred students for the final competition based on their projects and ideas. The main competition was held on June 03 to 04 with the selected students.
A total of 24 teams and three students were declared winners in various segments such as Inter-University Programming Competition, Project Show-casing, Idea/Poster Contest, Line Follower Robot, Gaming Contest, Tech Photo Exhibition and Quiz Competition out of 700 selected students.
The winners received a total prize money of three and a half lakh rupees from the chief guest. Students expressed their happiness to participate in such a competition. In the event, the Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Md. Rafiqul Islam Sheikh said, “I congratulate all the winners. The fest served as a great opportunity to showcase the skills of the youth and showcase their innovative ideas. This great competition inspired the contestants to create various projects using their knowledge.”
