Misho founder and CTO Sanjeev Barnwal announced the strike for the workers on Twitter. He writes that, 'We are announcing a strike for 11 consecutive days for the workers for the last two years. The workload will increase with the upcoming festive season, so an 11-day holiday from October 22nd to November 1st has been announced by Misho for employees to rest and rejuvenate themselves! In the past too, 'Misho' announced several holidays keeping in mind the health of the workers. In case of sickness, leave till full recovery, 30 weeks leave for both male and female, even 30 days leave even after gender change, employees of 'Misho' will get.
