Revised New Timetable for HSC Exam Released

The Dhaka Times Desk The Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education has announced that this year's HSC examination, which was delayed due to floods, will begin from November 6.

Yesterday, Wednesday (October 12), the secondary and higher secondary education board's examination controller and inter-education board examination control committee convener Professor Md. A news release signed by Abul Bashar revealed the revised schedule.

According to the revised routine, the written examination of HSC is starting from November 6. Will continue until December 13. After the written exam, the practical exam will be held between December 15 and December 22.

The routine says that morning shift exam starts from 11 am till 1 pm. Afternoon shift exam will start from 2 pm and will continue till 4 pm.

It is also said that the duration of the exam is 2 hours. The duration of the MCQ exam is 20 minutes and the duration of the Essay/Creative exam is 1 hour 40 minutes. Candidates should enter the exam center 30 minutes before. There will be no time gap between the MCQ and Essay exam.

This year's HSC exam will be held as per the revised syllabus. In HSC this time instead of taking information and communication technology test, marks will be given through subject mapping.
