Is it right to decide not to exercise because of asthma?

Asthma or asthma problems are usually more in winter. Many of us have this idea. But the doctors said, this idea is not correct at all. Asthma can flare up at any time of the year. Basically, this disease becomes more prevalent during weather changes.

Many people avoid exercise due to asthma. Stay away from physical activity thinking that this problem may get worse if you exercise. But what is this idea at all right? It is true that if you have asthma, it is important to consult your doctor before doing any exercise. Deciding on this matter yourself can also cause problems.
