First wash the meat and drain the water. After pouring the meat in a bowl, oil it with all kinds of batter, masala, chili powder and sour curd and put it in the oven. After cooking for a while on low flame, when the water comes out, then increase the flame and cook with a lid. And sometimes you have to stir a little. When the water dries up and the oil floats on top of the meat, add cumin powder, jaiphal jaitri powder, chili sauce, potato bokhara and raisins, green chillies and hot water to a simmer. When the meat is soft, take it down and serve it hot.
