The Dhaka Times Desk The first movie in the new Spider-Man series released in 2012 is 'The Amazing Spider-Man'. After its box office success, Sony Pictures is bringing back a new Spiderman movie 'The Amazing Spider-Man 2'. The first trailer of the movie was recently released on YouTube which created a lot of buzz among the audience.
The movie 'The Amazing Spider-Man 2' is about three villains and Spider-Man opposite them. An orphaned teenager named Peter Parker transforms into 'Spider-Man' after being bitten by a genetically modified spider, gaining speed, webbing and super strength. In the first movie, he is seen avenging his uncle's death with this power. The movie will see the gang fight against powerful supervillains. The main villain Electro will be seen as having more power than Spiderman, along with two other villains Rhino and The Green Goblin. How to save your beloved city, country and yourself from such powerful villains? The answer will have to wait until the movie hits theaters.

- Mark Webb is in charge of directing the movie. He also directed The Amazing Spiderman.
- Peter Parker is playing the role of Spider-Man Andrew Garfield, playing Peter's lover Gben Stacey Emma Stone, Jamie Foxx will play the main villain Electro.
- The Dark Knight Trilogy famed composer Hans Zimmer is composing the music for the movie.
- After the release of this movie, two more movies of this series will be released, with possible release dates of 2016 and 2018 respectively.
- After the release of the movie's trailer on YouTube on December 5, the trailer video has been viewed more than one million times till the report was written.
- One of the most awaited movies of 2014, 'The Amazing Spiderman 2' will hit the theaters in May.
