The Dhaka Times Desk BNP Senior Vice President Mr. Tariq Rahman has sent a special video message to the nation in view of the current situation in Bangladesh and the 10th National Assembly elections.
Tarek Rahman, the important leader of Bangladesh Nationalist Party, gave a speech of about 22 minutes long in his video message from abroad, mainly in his speech, the current situation of the country and criticism of the government party prevailed. No chance!
Mr. Tarekh Rahman also said that the Awami League government is killing, missing and torturing the leaders and workers of the opposition party in the country, the whole country is now a prison, the government is committing genocide there, at the same time he said that the Awami League wants to go back to that place again, because if there is an impartial election, they will have lost their last 5 years. They are not accepting the demands of the caretaker government for fear of being prosecuted for alleged murders, disappearances and corruption.
Tarekh Rahman mentioned a neighboring country and said that the present government is showing a thumbs up to the countrymen by establishing good relations with that country. Awami League is going to hold a one-sided election by intimidation.
In his video message, Tariq Rahman urged the countrymen to boycott the 5th election and stand up.
It is noted that BNP's central leader and BNP party chief Begum Khaleda Zia's son Tarek Rahman is currently staying abroad after being released from court due to physical illness.
