1. Crystal Island, Moscow

The Russian government experimentally built Crystal Island. The building was built to house about 30,000 people. It uses wind and solar energy to produce as much energy as possible. It is a regulator in Russia's extreme temperatures.

It is located in one of the greenest countries in the world. It is effectively recognized by the United Nations.
