Seeing the death of 7 students in Benapole and the cries of relatives and local residents on TV has scarred the hearts of every person in the country. No one could accept such a death. The matter has struck everyone's mind. Everyone knows that people have to die when they are born. But if that death is natural then no one has any regrets about it. But some deaths shake the society, the country, the people of the country. Such is the case of Benapole.
Benapole is crying for the victims of the road accident in Chougacha of Jessore, the whole of Bangladesh is crying. Chotaachra of Benapole and Gazipur are going on crying heartbroken relatives. There is no language to comfort them. Whoever is trying can't hold back their tears. Everyone is crying. Similar mourning is going on in schools as in homes. Students of Benapole Government Primary School are saddened by the loss of their classmate. The teachers of that school are speechless. Benapole has become a town of mourning. Crying is going on from house to house. The people of Benapole, a port city of Bihbal, mourned the loss of 7 children and injured 42 companions in a tragic road accident. The screams of teammates and relatives are not stopping.
In 126 schools of Sharsha upazila including Benapole, prayer meeting, discussion and 1 minute silence was observed in memory of the deceased. 3 days mourning is going on in Benapole. The program of the second day started with the performance of the National Anthem yesterday on Monday at 10 am. After the assembly, a minute's silence was followed by prayer. Sharsha Upazila Primary Education Officer Ahedul Islam along with the students injured in the accident, their parents and prominent people.
On the other hand, 14 children injured in the picnic bus accident have been admitted to Jessore CMH Hospital. 12 of them are safe. Hospital sources said that the condition of the remaining 2 Ekramul (9) and Arman (11) is still critical. However, proper measures have been taken to treat the injured.
Maybe one day the wounded will be healed. Everything will be back to normal but the scars will last forever. It is now necessary to remedy the road accidents in which innocent children are having fun. And everyone must ensure that no one has to be a victim of such brutality.
