A delegation from the world famous search engine Google visited BRAC University in Dhaka on February 16. The team visited Bangladesh last week. In conversation with the teachers and researchers of the university, Google representative Devon Lan expressed his interest in researching computer practice in Bengali language in collaboration with the university and collecting more information in Bengali language.
Devon Lann then met with the students and participated in a question and answer session. Everyone present thoroughly enjoyed it. While answering questions, Devon talked about what kind of skills or qualities he expects in an employee and what kind of projects Google might start in the future. At the end of the question and answer session, Professor Mumit Khan, head of Computer Science and Engineering Department of BRAC University presented a commemorative gift to Devon Lan.
