The Dhaka Times Desk Police shot and killed the accused who was sentenced to death. The incident took place in Mymensingh's Trishal.
According to the media, 3 members of the banned JMB who were sentenced to death were abducted from the police prison van in Trishal. A policeman was killed in the bomb attack. Policeman Atiqul Islam was killed and two policemen were injured in the incident. They have been admitted to Mymensingh Medical College Hospital. Khabar-Bangladesh News24.com
This incident took place in Amirabari area of Trishal at around 10 am on Saturday. 3 convicts sentenced to death from Kashimpur Central Jail were bombed on their way to Mymessingh court. One of the convicts sentenced to death is said to be Boma Mizan and another Salahuddin. The police are trying to arrest the robbed accused.
