It has already been confirmed that the two objects are located in the South Indian Ocean, about 1,553 miles southwest of the coast of Australia. However, the depth of the water at that place is several thousand meters and the rescue operation is considered to be very difficult as it is deep in the sea.
According to sources, a total of four aircraft, including two from Australia and two each from the United States and New Zealand, have been sent to the area to search for the two objects. Among these aircraft, an Australian Orion aircraft is already searching the spot.
