When India won the toss and invited Bangladesh to bat, Bangladesh batted in two openers, Tamim Iqbal and Enamul Haque Vijay made a short pair of 20 runs. However, when Tamim got out for 6 runs off Ashwin's ball, Samsur Rahman was also out on Ashwin's next ball. As Bangladesh lost two wickets quickly, Bangladesh basically went on the backfoot. When Shakib Al Hasan was bowled by Kumar on the field, Bangladesh lost 3 wickets for 1 run.
When Bangladesh was on the brink of losing 3 wickets in a row, Musfiq and Enamul crossed the quota of 50. When Musfiq was out for 24 runs, Vijay quickly returned to Sajghar with 44 runs.
Even though Bangladesh's middle order is struggling every day, today Mahmudullah and Nasir Hossain made the team cross the 100 mark.
