The Dhaka Times Desk Fasting or Siam is the third of the five pillars of Islam. Abstaining from all kinds of food and drink from sunrise to sunset and also from all pleasures is called fasting. B. Dr Everyone should be aware of the timings of Sahrir and Iftar. May the time not be short or long in any case. And so many Kamal people think that for the sake of precaution, Sahri and Iftar should be done by 5 minutes less than the time of Sahri and 1/2 minute more than the time of Iftar.
There is a hadith in Sharif Siren sounding to announce Iftar and Sahri is Haraam. However, it is best to give the adhan for iftar and to announce it by mouth or microphone for sahri.
