To remove dampness in the house:
# Place a big papos at the main door of the house, even the porch should have papos. In this, outside moisture and dust enters the house a little less.
# At the time of entering the house, shoes and sandals should be taken off and entered the house, so that the mud and sand from outside cannot enter the house.
# Light scented candles or agarbatis in the corners of the house for at least 1 hour every day during monsoons.

# Place white chalk and naphthalene in the clothes cupboard to remove dampness.
# Even if it is a rainy day, clothes should be washed regularly with soapy water. While washing clothes, care should be taken that there is no soapy feeling on the clothes. Because clean clothes dry quickly and do not smell.
# Use hanger to dry clothes. Turn the clothes over and over again.
# Keeping sweaty clothes indoors increases dampness, so wash clothes quickly with soapy water.
# Iron and wear the garment. Use perfume on clothes.
If you follow the above rules, dampness in clothes and house can be removed during monsoon.
