The deceased are Md Jalal (28) of Noakhali district, Masud (26) of Comilla and Roni (25) of Kishoreganj. The injured are Ziaur Rahman of Comilla, Kamal and Motaleb of Chandpur and Abbas Hossain of Mymensingh.
Another eyewitness Bangladeshi said that this accident happened when a pickup van lost control and hit them on the way home from work. 3 people were killed, at least 4 others were seriously injured. The condition of the injured is also said to be critical. It has been reported that talks are being held with the embassy about bringing the bodies of the victims.
