The country's highest state honor Independence Award, this painter has been living in Paris since 1974. Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina congratulated artist Shahabuddin Ahmed on receiving the honorary title of Knight of France.

Shahabuddin Ahmed was born in Dhaka on September 11, 1950. The fame of this French-Bengali artist living in Paris-immigration of the modern genre is all over the world.
