The picture shows how many tomatoes have grown in the field. While it is true that tomatoes are plentiful, it is also true that tomatoes are still very expensive.
But no matter how much we buy, very little goes to the farmer's house. We buy tomatoes in the capital at Tk 40/50 per kg. But these tomato farmers cannot sell more than 10/12 per kg.
