Google's Android One series smartphones have arrived in the market of Bangladesh at a very affordable price. This handset is brought to the market of Bangladesh by the leading mobile phone handset marketer Micromax. The model of this new smartphone is 'Micromax Canvas A1'. Micromax launched this new smartphone in the Bangladesh market on December 18 through a partnership with tech giant Google.
According to Micromax, the Canvas A1 will give users a great experience using a high-end mobile phone set. This set comes with Android 4.4 KitKat operating system. It will get various updates including Google's new material design, long-lasting battery, adequate security measures and advanced notification facilities. After buying this set, users will get two years of updates directly from Google, Micromax said.
Among the features, the smartphone includes 1.3 GHz quad core processor, 1 GB RAM, dual SIM facility, rear and front camera, FM radio, memory card slot etc.
International Business Head of Micromax Mr. Amit Mathur said, 'Consumers now expect smartphones with more and more sophisticated features and regular updates. That's why Canvas A1 handset has been brought to Bangladesh market through partnership with Google. This set of users is also guaranteed to receive all updates directly from Google for the next two years.
