There he received the crest from Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. The World Cup cricket team has already been announced. Rubel is the number 11 player in that team. Pacer Rubel is very needed in this World Cup. Let Rubel be bailed under any conditions.'
At that time, Happy's lawyer Tuhin Talukder told the court, referring to the cancellation of bail, 'Everyone is equal in the eyes of the law. This is a rape case. If the accused goes abroad, he will not come back.' The lawyer also said, 'Their phone conversation proved that there was a relationship between them. Forensic reports also found evidence of physical intercourse. Rubel's DNA needs to be tested to prove who it is. He cannot be allowed to go out of the country under any circumstances. Ruble's bail should be cancelled.'
